Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of quiltersangel.com.au and the purchase of any goods from it. Please read them carefully.

By accessing, browsing or using this website you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Quilters Angel reserves the right to amend or update the terms and conditions at any time without providing notice to you.



The information and ideas contained on the website are provided in good faith and, to the best of The Quilters Angel’s knowledge, are accurate and current. However, The Quilters Angel does not make any representation or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of that information or those ideas (including any information or ideas provided to this website by third party suppliers).


Copyright in this website is owned by The Quilters Angel. Material or information on the website comprises copyright material, trademarks and registered trademarks (“intellectual property rights”) which are the property of The Quilters Angel and third parties. Those intellectual property rights may only be used by you for the purposes of browsing the website and acquiring goods and services from it.


Placing Orders

Once you place your order of goodies you will receive an email notification to your inbox. Please make sure these details are up to date, otherwise you may miss out on this important information. Quite often these emails end up in the JUNK folder, so keep an eye out! If you did not receive an email confirmation, please contact us and we can easily re-send.

Should you enter the wrong address, we will not re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. PLEASE ensure all your details are correct!

Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us. We will email you an order confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Quite often, these emails are sent to the JUNK folder – so please keep an eye out.


Cancelling Orders

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion at any time. You will be refunded the amount of the cancelled order, in the same method as payment was received.



All of your goodies are sent via Australia Post with tracking.

We aim to get your products posted to you as soon as we possibly can, however as we are a small family business, please allow 2-5 days for us to package and send your order. We do everything possible to get your goodies to you as soon as possible - we know how exciting it is waiting for them to arrive!

All items are posted with tracking (details are emailed to you once your order has been posted). Quite often these emails end up in the JUNK folder, so keep an eye out!
If you need to track your order, please use the details in the email to contact Australia Post. The Quilters Angel will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items once handed over to Australia Post. 

Please keep in mind once your goodies leave our hands we are no longer responsible for the parcel. Australia post times will vary during the year but is usually 4- 7 working days.

Sometimes, Australia Post will lose your parcel. Yes, this happens! BUT, when it does, all you need to do is lodge a complaint using your tracking number online at the Australia Post website. Please also inform us here at The Quilters Angel as a complaint will be generated this end too. Never fear as 9/10 parcels reappear!

We will not be held responsible for the time it takes Australia Post to deliver your package (2-20 days as per the Australia Post website via the standard service- regional areas may be longer.

Again, keep an eye on the tracking information that is sent via email. This tracking number will allow you to see the delivery of your parcel.


Local Pick UP

At checkout, you will have the option to POST or COLLECT. If you select ‘COLLECT’, we will pack your order (within 2-4 days) and you will be notified via email when your order is ready, along with details on where to collect. Please do not select ‘COLLECT’ if you are unable to collect from Blue Mountain Heights, QLD (suburb between Toowoomba and Highfields)


Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, The Quilters Angel does not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases or for incorrect choices due to failure to read detailed product descriptions. We provide information needed to make an informed decision as to whether the product being sold is suited to your needs.  We cannot stress this enough!

Should your goods arrive and are found to be defective or damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will organise to send you a pre-paid return envelope. Please return the goods to us within 7 days of receiving your return information.

All returned products must be:

  1. unused, and in original condition (that is, not cut, washed or used in any way);
  2. undamaged from use;
  3. returned within [14] days of delivery

Once we have inspected the goods and they are deemed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will dispatch a new order immediately. Should the goods be no longer available, we will offer a replacement or refund, which ever you prefer.



All information supplied to The Quilters Angel will be solely used to dispatch your order and to contact you with reference to your order. Your information will never be supplied to a third party unless required by Law.
