Do you want to try something different? Tilt blocks with minimal waste of fabric. Don’t be restricted by the size of the block with the Create-a-Tilt any size quilt or block can be tilted.
The Create A Tilt Ruler can be used in two different ways; to tilt a square or rectangle from corner to corner, or to float a square of fabric at an angle within another square of fabric.
Both methods are explained in the instructions and while the methods are similar, the positioning of the triangle is the differing factor.
View the video for using the Create-A-Trim-Square in conjunction with the Create-A-Tilt-Ruler. Note that Kym Graham from The Sewing Revolution is one of the presenters, but because these were made in USA, they are referred to as Creative Grids Wonky Trim Square and Wonky Tilt Ruler. Penny Haren presents the actual how-to-use these in this YouTube Video.
